Your 'my account' page at our FL Studio / Image-Line web site can only be deleted by our staff.

 

Procedure for account deletion

Request an account deletion by creating a support ticket message in your 'my account'.

 

  1. First sign in to your 'my account' page.
  2. Then select Menu Support > Ticketing from the menu on top of the page.
  3. Use the link on top of the second page to send us a new private 'support ticket'.
  4. Request the deletion of your 'my account'.


If you have FL Studio or other registrations, our staff will ask you for confirmation of the account deletion by email. When your account is deleted you will loose access to all purchased products in the account.

Deleting your account does not make your registration available for transfer or sale. See: I want to sell or transfer my license ...

 


Procedure to unsubscribe from email Newsletters

Our news letter system uses a different database than your 'my account'. Only your email address is saved for newsletter sending, no other personal details are saved.

It is not possible for our staff to remove your email address from the newsletter sending list. Please remove your email yourself by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link in any of our previous newsletters, or use that link in the next newsletter to remove your email address.

It is possible that you receive one last newsletter from us after your 'my account' was deleted. Don't forget to remove yourself at that time.
