The scrolling issue that occurs in the Browser when using "Browse parameters" under Plugin Options is caused by the plugin stealing keyboard focus (this includes your mouse in this case) from FL Studio.

Solution

To workaround this issue you can try the following:

1. Make sure you aren't using a bridged plugin as bridged plugins steal keyboard focus.
2. Make sure your plugin isn't detached.
3. Select the "Don't allow stealing keyboard focus" option in the Wrapper Settings for the plugin.
