We always intended to provide FL Studio, plugins, support documentation and our user forums, in English only. We do, however, provide French, German and Spanish versions of the 'Getting Started Manual'. We are also aware there is also a Chinese version of FL Studio, and a Japanese translation of the FL Studio manual.
