Solution

Flowstone content can be accessed from the "IL Shared Data > SynthMaker" folder in the FL Studio Browser.

If the 'SynthMaker' folder isn't available you can download and install the latest Flowstone version HERE. Install Flowstone into your FL Studio installation folder, after installation the 'Synthmaker' folder containing Flowstone content will be available in your Shared Data location.
