Acquiring invoice for purchases at Image-Line.com

Invoice provided by Verifone (2Checkout)

Most orders in our web shop are directed to our 3rd party payment processor Verifone (2Checkout) for payment.
Verifone (2Checkout) will provide an invoice for each completed payment/purchase in our shop.

How do I receive the invoice?

The invoice can be downloaded by logging in to 2checkout myAccount (sign up is separate from the one on www.image-line.com and referring to the 'Order History' section.
All of the invoices for Verifone (2Checkout) orders are provided in PDF format.

For each completed order, a payment receipt will also be sent automatically to the billing email address provided.

 

Direct PayPal payment to Image-Line

Most PayPal payments are also processed at Verifone (2Checkout) and follow the above procedure.
In some cases PayPal payments go directly to us (option in our web shop). Such payments, which do not involve Verifone (2Checkout) processing, are not given an invoice. In these exceptional cases, please use the PayPal payment confirmation as invoice document.

Stripe Payment (FL Cloud)

FL Cloud payments directly give you access to the invoice on the Stripe 3rd party payment processor web site.
Access this site from your 'my account' page > tab 'FL Cloud'

  • Go to the tab 'FL Cloud'
  • Click the button "Manage Subscription"
  • Go to the part "Invoice History"
  • Behind the date there, there is a download button. Click this button.
  • The popup window gives you the option: "download receipt" or "download invoice"
