How bank wire transfer works.

When you select "bank wire transfer" as payment method, all actions to initiate the payment are done by you, the customer.

Based on the bank wire instructions that you can find in your Order ticket, you must initiate a bank wire transfer to our bank account.
 
We, Image-Line, DO NOT contact your bank and we DO NOT take any money from your bank account. Do not confuse "bank wire transfer" (you instruct your Bank to send money to us) with "direct debit" (company requests money from your bank).

Please arrange the bank wire to our bank account. If needed, your own bank will be able to assist you in this task.


Please keep in account that a bank wire can take up to a couple of days to process, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

In light of the above, if you decide not to proceed with a bank wire, just disregard the order ticket and try another payment option in our shop.

A "bank wire transfer" order ticket that does not receive a payment, will be cancelled automatically. No need to contact us about cancelling the "bank wire transfer" order.

If you have already instructed your bank to pay, then you need to contact your bank and cancel the bank-wire. Again, we are not involved
