If you have never posted a sales support ticket before, please follow these rules:

- this sales support ticketing system is only for (pre)sales & registration related issues. If you are a customer and you have a technical question, please post it at one of our tech support forums

- if you just placed a new order, please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. All orders are being manually processed. Please keep in mind that we are Belgium based (different time zone), and therefore are working during different business hours

- If you have an order related question (for orders longer than 24 hours), please have your order information at hand and fill in all information as detailed as possible

- Please make sure to consult our Knowledge Base first. Tickets with questions that are answered in our Knowledge Base will not be answered.

- To follow up the status of your ticket, please check back using your new account (e-mail address & password) information. To speed up support, please do not create duplicate tickets
