This article summarizes where to find information on downloading, installing and unlocking software from demo mode. The procedures assume you already have an Image-Line Account
The process is simple and can be summarized as:
|1.||Install the relevant demo installer/s from HERE although some products such as samples are only available from your Account > Licenses section.|
|2.||Install (run on windows, place in the specified folder on Mac) a single unlocking registration file that converts all demos into the edition you purchased.|

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I use the registration key on a computer not connected to the Internet?
Yes you can, just download and save the Installer and FLRegkey.Reg to a portable memory device and copy these onto the non-connected computer. Then, follow the unlock instructions above.
Can I use my product on more than one computer?
Yes you can. We allow you to install and use our software on the computers you use (typically this may be 2-3 computers around home and one at work). All we ask is that YOU are the only user of the software. It is not to be installed where others can use it while you are not present.
Where do I get the full installer, all I see on your downloads page are demo installers?
The demo installers are also the full installers. A single FLRegkey.Reg will unlock all features within a product line and all products that you have purchased. You only need to install a new FLRegkey.Reg file each time you purchase something new or we release a free update of something you already own.
Why do I need to confirm my e-mail?
To verify your registration, and to make sure you receive our messages, the server asks you to confirm your email address. You are asked to confirm your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you from our server. If you are not receiving our emails, please check your email spam settings and add our image-line.com domain to the list of trusted domains.
You can sign in to the 'my account' page without a confirmed email address. Find a link on the 'my account' page to resend this confirmation link.
