You can sign in to your 'my account' profile page and update your own registration information.
 
As long as you know your sign in email and password, you have access to your 'my account' page. Even if the email address is no longer active, our system will still allow you to sugn in with it as the email address.
 
Change your sign in email:
  • Sign in to your 'my account' page.
  • Go to the 'personal data' tab.
  • Under 'Email' enter the new email address you like to use to sign in in the future.
    Please note that when this new email address is already in use in our database - for example, you created another account in our system using this new email address - this will not work.
  • You will receive an email confirmation message to the new address, make sure to confirm the change from the link in the email.
 
 
Change your password: 
  • Sign in to your 'my account' page.
  • Go to the 'personal data' tab.
  • Under 'Change Password' enter the 'Current Password' and the 'New Password'.
  • The new password is directly active.
