You bought a boxed version of our software (FL Studio etc), but your installation CD-ROM is lost or damaged.
Sorry, we don't supply replacement discs as we have downloads available for that purpose. FL Studio box version is distributed in a separate channel of distributors and resellers. We don't keep FL Studio installation discs on hand and can't send you a new disc.

You have access to the download alternative already! No need to activate your serial number twice.
Sign in to our site www.image-line.com and dowload the downloadable installer and registration file.
FL Studio box version 9 and up
Directly download the FL Studio installer of your choice, unlock it with the available flregkey.reg file from your 'my account' after sign in to our site www.image-line.com . Find older FL Studio installers here
FL Studio box version 8 or lower
If you have an FL Studio box 8 or lower, no download registration is available anymore.
You first need to upgrade to 'lifetime free updates' in our web shop, so you can install and register version 9 or higher.

2. You still have your box serial number available.
You can activate your FL Studio box serial number on our web site and get access to an alternative downloadable installation and registration file for your product.
Go to http://serialregistration.image-line.com
Enter your box serial number and follow the instructions on screen.
3. You also lost your box serial number.

4. Can I use my shop receipt to get a new serial number?
No, only the original serial number is accepted as proof of purchase.
If your serial number can't be recovered, sorry, we can't help you. You will need to buy a new registration for the software.
